A little history:
When Hellbound was created in 2016, there wasn't a ton of options for vintage inspired clothing that I gravitated to. Nothing really aligned with my personal style, so I decided to dive into designing clothing that I wanted to wear! My source of inspiration is heavily influenced by 60's/70's rock n' roll, black light posters, retro interiors, paper thin band tees, animal print and all things groovy.
In the beginning, I used to print on blank tank tops (y'all know the brand) that I had purchased with the extra cash from my paycheck that week. I would make bootlegs of vintage band shirts and put them on the ribbed tank tops. I hadn't seen anyone do it before, and I couldn't afford real vintage of my own, so it was the perfect solution! Before I knew it, I couldn't keep them stocked online!

Fast forward to 2022, because of all of the support we've received over the years we are now able to be a 100% sustainable slow fashion brand. All of our clothing is designed, cut and sewn by us Los Angeles, CA. We use locally sourced fabric, as well as vintage dead stock fabric that has been saved from going to landfills. Making our garments in small batches helps keep Hellbound ethical and eco-conscious. When you make a purchase with us, you are not only supporting our dream and contributing to the slow fashion movement, but you are also helping us place orders with other local small businesses including our seamstresses, screen printers and promotional suppliers to name a few!
