Refund policy
RETURNS:
WE ALLOW RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT ON UNUSED MERCHANDISE.
You have 14 days after you receive your order to communicate any issues that may arise. After those 14 days you are no longer eligible for store credit.
To qualify for store credit your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You have 14 days to ship the item back to us. After 14 days you will no longer be eligible for a store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund for store credit will be processed. You will receive an email with the total and code to access your credit. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

All sale items are final sale.
EXCHANGES:
WE NO LONGER ACCEPT EXCHANGES. Please look over our size chart carefully before you make a purchase. If you purchased the wrong size, you are can return your item for store credit and repurchase in the correct size.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you need to cancel an order, we accept cancellations up to 24 hours after purchase. After 24 hours, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Please send an email to info@shophellbound.com
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS—WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING DUTY CHARGES, IMPORT FEES ETC. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CHARGES THAT INCUR DURING DELIVERY. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO MARK ITEMS AS “GIFTS” THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW.
